Ricoh Rewards Eligibility All purchases of Rosetta MICR printers are reported monthly to Ricoh and count toward your Ricoh Rewards Program. Trial Units: Purchase a Rosetta trial unit and software at a discount off MSRP for sales opportunities of 15 units or more. This trial program offers you the ability to provide your customers with a simple and cost-effective way to evaluate new technologies and document solutions. This program is geared for you to propose Rosetta MICR solutions and be the driving forces behind the sales cycle. Major Account Pricing: Special bids for large-volume opportunities may be requested by contacting Rosetta Technologies. Instant Rebates: ValuePlus+ Partners will automatically receive an instant rebate at the time you purchase Ricoh MICR printers. Rebates are immediate and are calculated from standard Dealer (VAR) price. Marketing Tools to Increase Your Rewards Sales & Marketing Tools Rosetta is committed to helping you sell our MICR products. We will provide you with a wealth of sales and marketing tools: Brochures, Demo CDs, TCOP analysis and much more. MICR Consumables Discounts and Warranties Discounts for MICR consumables are applied at purchase.
Instructions for Return Material Authorization (RMA) can be obtained from Rosetta. Pre- and Post-Sales Support We provide MICR selling tips, competitive analysis, pre-sales conference calls and opportunity analysis, post-sales installation support and on-site service. "Where to Buy" Listing Your company name, logo, contact information and web link site will be listed on our ‘Where to Buy' section of our website. (Coming Soon!) MICR University/Training On-site training on MICR printing and selling MICR solutions can be provided for your sales force at your location. We also have fee-based technical training at Rosetta headquarters in Tampa. Service Contacts All Rosetta MICR printers come standard with a one year Advance Exchange warranty. You can provide service yourself, or we contract with Ricoh technicians to provide installation and on-site service. You can benefit from this recurring revenue stream with a rebate when you sell Rosetta on-site service. MICR printing requires specialized equipment and experience. So Rosetta has developed a combination of 7x24 phone support and responsive, on-site service to ensure your customers are printing MICR documents that meet all American National Standards MICR specifications and requirements for both checks and Image Replacement Documents (IRDs). |
